This green smoothie will replenish needed nutrients for breakfast, lunch or post-workout snack—and the healthy fats and protein in the avocado and yogurt will keep you feeling full for hours.
ÂMakes about 8 cups
ÂIngredients:

- 3 cucumbers Â
- 2 ripe avocados Â
- 3 spring onions Â
- 3 (5.3-6-ounce) Greek yogurts Â
- 3 spring onions Â
- Large handful of rocket (arugula) Â
- 1 pinch chili powder Â
- 2 tablespoons olive oil Â
Directions:

- Peel the cucumbers and cut them into small pieces. Â
- Cut the avocados in half, throw away the pit and scoop out the flesh. Â
- Thinly slice the spring onions. Â
- Add all of the ingredients to the bowl of a food processor or a blender. Blend for 3 minutes until the mixture is smooth and frothy. Â
- If desired, add some water to thin the consistency. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving. Â
