Ingredients:

  • 1 orange, peeled and seeds removed
  • 1/4 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 ice cubes

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients except for ice in blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add the ice and blend until crushed.
