I'm the type who'd rather eat something sweet than salty or sour. Rather than reach for the potato chips, I'll reach for the candy. Give me a big bowl of ice cream or a slice of cheesecake for dinner, and I'll be happy...I'll never miss that piece of fish or broccoli.
(Of course, my conscience gets in the way, but that doesn't mean it's not my dream meal.)
But once I found this website, "sweet" took on a whole new meaning.
Just for fun, take a look and see, in plain sight, how much sugar is in foods like soda, breakfast cereals and fruits. It's alarming to see how the sugar cubes pile up!
