I am planning on having a cancer-free weekend. I have yet to try a moratorium on cancer, so I'll see if I can stick to it. Basically, it means no talking about it, no thinking about it, no crying about it. Monday will come soon enough, and then I will be immersed.

For the past 10 days I have been bathed in total love, acceptance, protection and peace. I had the great fortune of having both my sisters come to spend one-on-one time with me. No spouses, no kids, no obligations. It was a true gift.

Today was a stellar day. I started loosing my hair Tuesday morning, so I made plans to have it buzzed this afternoon. I know this sounds odd, but it was a really positive experience. I know this sounds even crazier, but I kinda like my bald head.
