I recently found a helpful quiz that tests your portion know-how. When I totaled up my score, I was really surprised. Guess what?
I'm all for portion control. I think it equals weight control.
In fact, I try to eat this way: I've found I can pretty much eat (almost) whatever I want if I control my portions. The challenging word is "If," because sometimes a). it's not always easy to stop or b). it's hard to know what size a true "portion" translates to.
Believe it or not, my failing score was because I underestimated portion sizes. I'm curious to see how you fare...take it and see!
