Overcoming a Case of the Blahs

When you're down, what cheers you up? The gloomy days here in New York have created a widespread case of the blahs. According to news sources, we've had more than double the normal amount of rain for this month. That's a sure way to dampen spirits, and I'm no exception, so I'd love to hear your suggestions. 1. Entertainment: I've watched lots of funny movies. Read about the health benefits of laughter.
2. Exercise: I've gone outside for a run during any respite that we've had. Check out our running tips for beginners.
3. Eating: I've been using my veggies from the CSA to cook some yummy seasonal meals. Get recipes.
