Women are experiencing stress constantly, and for some, multiple times a day. The causes of stress in women's lives range from worrying about finances to work to the health and wellness of family members to household clutter to chronic pain.

As part of the #BeHealthiHer movement, Healthywomen, along with its partners, Prevention and health care communications agency GCI Health, conducted a nationwide survey about women and stress. The findings and learnings were discussed with an expert panel moderated by acclaimed talk show host, Tamron Hall, at "Outsmart Stress," on November 13, 2019 in New York City.
