Rachel Gordon
Rachel Gordon is a disability advocate and digital creator passionate about making everyday life more accessible and inclusive. After nearly a decade building a successful advertising sales career in New York City, she made the intentional shift to share her lived experience navigating the world with left hemiparesis—a form of cerebral palsy caused by a stroke at birth.
Through her platforms on Instagram and TikTok, Rachel creates honest, relatable content around adaptive living, one-handed hacks, travel, fashion, beauty, and the everyday adaptations and products that have transformed her independence. By sharing practical solutions and real-life modifications, she empowers others to discover tools that make daily life easier while advocating for greater accessibility in fashion and consumer products.
Rachel’s story has been featured in People, where she shared her journey of growing up with a disability and learning to fully embrace it as an adult. Today, she uses her growing platform to normalize disability, educate others about the millions of people living with similar conditions, and push both adaptive and mainstream brands to design more inclusive products.
Originally from New Jersey and now based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Rachel hopes her work helps people with disabilities feel seen, represented, and confident—while reminding the world that doing things differently is still doing them fully.
