Kenzie Williams
Kenzie Williams is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with seven years of experience, a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, and additional training as an IIN Health Coach. She focuses on helping women build strong, capable bodies through functional fitness and supportive lifestyle habits that honor their overall well being.
Her passion for women’s health grew from her own experience living with endometriosis and PCOS. For years she was told that her pain was normal and that nothing was wrong. Going through that taught her just how important it is for women to have a voice, to trust their bodies, and to be taken seriously when something feels off. That experience continues to shape the way she trains and supports her clients.
In work, she focuses on creating sustainable movement routines, building strength from the inside out, and helping women feel grounded, confident, and empowered in their everyday lives. She takes a holistic approach, looking at stress, recovery, nourishment, and lifestyle patterns that support overall health.
Advocating for endometriosis awareness is a major part of her mission. She shares openly to help other women feel less alone and to push for earlier diagnosis, better education, and more compassionate care.
Through coaching and advocacy, she hopes to support women in feeling strong in their bodies and supported in their health journeys.
