Melindah Sharma is a global life sciences executive and women's health advocate with nearly three decades of experience advancing healthcare innovation, commercialization, and strategic transformation across more than 20 countries.

An Aspen Institute Health Innovators Fellow and member of the American Heart Association's International Committee, she has held senior leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson and Manatt Health, bridging science, technology, business, and policy to expand access to healthcare innovation.

She also serves as Co-Chair of the Women's Health Catalyst for Cardiovascular Health at Harvard University's Wyss Institute and as an Executive-in-Residence at HIP Ventures.

As Senior Advisor to HealthyWomen, Melindah brings a global perspective and deep industry expertise to advancing women's health through strategic partnerships, innovation, education, and advocacy. A first-generation Indian-American and mother, she is passionate about ensuring that women's health receives the scientific attention, investment, and equitable access it deserves.
