Julie B
Julie lives in Ohio with her husband and their two children. Professionally, she is a licensed speech-language pathologist and works with children in an outpatient hospital setting. She values building strong relationships with families and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support communication, language and social development.
Outside of work, Julie enjoys reading, traveling, skiing and playing pickleball, and values staying active and connected. She is passionate about helping others and regularly volunteers at her church and participates in community events. Her faith is an important foundation in her life and guides how she approaches her family, work and relationships.
Julie’s personal health journey has played an important role in shaping who she is. She was diagnosed with Addison’s disease in 2003 and later with Hashimoto’s disease in 2024. These experiences have deepened her resilience, strengthened her advocacy skills and given her a strong appreciation for whole-person care.
Both personally and professionally, Julie values lifelong learning, meaningful relationships, and approaching others with empathy and encouragement. She strives to bring these values into every role she holds — as a wife, mother, professional and member of her community.
