Allison Loloci
Allison is the oldest of three, which probably explains a lot about how she moves through the world, responsible, independent, and used to holding things together. She’s a yoga teacher and studio owner, where she helps people slow down, feel stronger and reunite the soul with the body. This work is deeply personal to her, not just something she does.
She is endlessly curious and always down to try new things whether it’s a new recipe, a hike, or a dance class. At home, she’s a wife to the most amazing human and a very devoted cat mom. For her, life isn’t just about what she does, it’s about the people and the little routines that make it feel full.
Allison also lives with endometriosis, which has shaped her in ways she didn’t choose but have learned to navigate with resilience. It’s made her more aware of her body, more patient with herself, and more understanding of what others might be carrying quietly. It also led her to become an author. She wrote a book to help people recognize the symptoms of endometriosis earlier, and hopefully catch it before it progresses.
She doesn't love labels or trying to sum herself up neatly, but at the core, She’s someone who values honesty, growth, and creating a life that actually feels good to live, not just one that looks good on paper.
