This article, which ran as part 3 of a 5-part series from HealthyWomen’s Chronic Pain Summit, which was held in mid-July in Ellicott City, MD, focused on Michael T.Smith, PhD, and his discussion at the summit regarding the importance of sleep in those living with chronic pain.  The article highlighted how restorative sleep can improve the symptoms of those living with chronic pain, and ways they can achieve this type of sleep.
