Kim Ledgerwood

Editorial Director, HealthyWomen

As HealthyWomen’s editorial director, Kim oversees the production of all content and ensures that it is aligned with our mission, meets our high editorial standards and captures our brand voice.

Kim is an award-winning editor and copywriter with more than 25 years of experience. She started her career as a copywriter and broadcast producer at the Southeast’s largest full-service advertising agency, The Tombras Group. Since then, she has edited and written for a wide variety of clients, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to indie authors across multiple industries and topics.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, as well as a master’s degree in communications/advertising from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

Kim lives in Maryland with her husband, three children and a menagerie of pets.

Jacquelyne Froeber

Senior Editor, HealthyWomen

Jacquelyne Froeber is an award-winning journalist and editor. She holds a BA in journalism from Michigan State University. She is the former editor-in-chief of Celebrated Living magazine and has editing and writing experience for print and online publications, including Health magazine, Coastal Living magazine and AARP.org.

As a breast cancer survivor, Jacquelyne encourages everyone to perform self-exams and get their yearly mammograms.

Kim A. Robson

Kim Robson is a strategic leader with a track record of bringing together diverse people and cutting-edge technologies to deliver high-impact, enduring mission benefits. She has served as a senior executive in the US intelligence community for over 15 years and is currently leading IT strategy for a $1 billion-plus global enterprise. In this role, Kim leads financial planning, enterprise architecture, data standards and IT governance for the organization.


Before her current role, Kim ran IT service operations where she built process maturity and resilience into operations, maintenance and cyber defense of her agency's global infrastructure, including a 24/7 enterprise service center, customer service desk and a cyber security operations element. 

During her government career, Kim has held a broad array of technical, analytic and policy assignments where she is known for driving change and increasing performance. She has led and participated in numerous organizational mergers and has successfully run large IT programs and analytic operations.  

Kim also has a keen interest in diversity and women's issues. She oversaw diversity and inclusion initiatives for her organization, serves on her agency's Executive Women's Forum and is a mentor with the Women in Technology organization. In 2015 Kim graduated from the Women in Technology Leadership Foundry program, which prepares women for corporate board work. Throughout 2015 she served as an adviser for a small startup in the home medical technology arena.

Kim holds a master's in photogrammetry and remote sensing from Purdue University and a bachelor's in geography from the University of Chicago. She is a graduate of the Inter-American Defense College, is a Certified Defense Acquisition Program Manager, and earned a Certified Information Security Manager certification in 2014.

In 2010, Kim was awarded the Presidential Rank of Meritorious Executive, and in 2014 the Women in Technology organization awarded her its Leadership in Government Award.
