Marketing and Social Media Coordinator

Part-time: 20–25 hours/week
Pay Range: $17–$20/hour
Location: Remote
Reports to: Marketing Manager

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, creative, and enthusiastic Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to join our team part-time. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role supports our marketing and social media efforts while helping with key administrative tasks that keep our programs running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages across social media platforms
  • Conduct trend and audience research to help shape content and engagement strategies
  • Stay up to date on social media best practices, tools and algorithm changes
  • Assist with scheduling content and maintaining posting calendars
  • Track and organize social media and website performance metrics
  • Help prepare regular reports for the marketing team
  • Support the planning, logistics and promotion of events, including webinars
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Create and update PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use
  • Assist in developing marketing and social media materials
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including file management, tracking deadlines and coordinating communications

  • A proactive communicator who’s comfortable asking questions and taking initiative
  • Curious and eager to learn about marketing strategy and social media management
  • Able to balance multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about improving the health and wellness of women everywhere

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Coursework or experience in data analytics and/or SEO
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, Google Analytics, social analytics dashboards, and scheduling platforms
  • Prior experience or an internship in marketing, digital media, or communications
