Jess Graham
Jess Graham earned her doctorate in clinical psychology in 2011 and, as a licensed clinical psychologist within the VA healthcare system, has dedicated her career to serving veterans. Over the past 13 years, Jess has taken on multiple roles, from conducting research to providing evidence-based treatment interventions and forensic evaluations. Her clinical focus includes trauma treatment, PTSD and health psychology, with an emphasis on acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and mindfulness practices. Passionate about using empirically validated approaches, Jess is committed to helping veterans navigate complex mental health challenges with empathy and resilience.
Beyond her professional life, Jess thrives in the outdoors. She finds joy in mountain biking, skiing and road biking — activities that challenge her both physically and mentally. When not on the trails or slopes, she enjoys weight training to stay strong and active. She has made a consistent effort to maintain an active lifestyle, even when faced with illness or physical pain, adapting as needed. A dedicated sports fan, she also loves watching baseball and football.
Jess has been married to her husband, Brian, since 2016, and they share a love for adventure and family life. Their 6-year-old son, Stanley, is already following in her footsteps, learning to ski and mountain bike under her guidance.
Currently, Jess is navigating the challenges of trigeminal neuralgia while advocating for herself within the medical community. Despite this, she remains focused on adapting her passions and staying active.
With a steadfast commitment to both her professional and personal pursuits, Jess continues to grow, stay engaged and support those around her.
