If you're a breast cancer survivor, or you've cared for someone with breast cancer, you no doubt have a story to tell.

Share it, and win a chance to sail away with a guest - for free.

This contest is a celebration of survivorship and friendship, co-sponsored byAmoena and the Young Survival Coalition (YSC)

I'd enter this – boy, could I use a vacation (it’s been a cold, long winter, hasn't it?) - but I get so queasy if I come anywhere near water. Even standing on a dock is enough to make my stomach do all kinds of weird twists and turns. My dad loved boats and always dragged me along with him on his (largely unsuccessful) fishing expeditions off Long Island when I was a kid. I never had the heart to say no, even though I knew I'd always end up the same way, hurling over the side of our motorboat, feeding the fish and wishing I was anywhere but there.

So, dear readers, I'm giving you all an opportunity to take a nice trip – get away from your daily grind – do something you might not have a chance to do otherwise. There's a few weeks left to win it. Here's the scoop:

Submit your inspirational story of the woman who never gave up and the people who encouraged her to keep fighting. Write it in 500 words or less.

Anyone can nominate and enter to win the cruise by completing the online form at www.amoena.com/cruise.  The contest closes March 1 at which point Amoena will select one nominee to receive a cabin for two. The trip runs from May 2-8 and includes travel costs for the winner and guest to the cruise’s port city of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

Good luck – and bon voyage to the lucky winner! If you do win, please make sure to share your story with us!
