Ingredients

  • 18 oz chicken breast, diced
  • 1 small yellow squash, sliced
  • 1 stalk broccoli, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 5 baby carrots, diced
  • 1 large red pepper, diced
  • 1 large green pepper, diced
  • 3 cups instant brown rice
  • 1 tsp chicken bouillon

Directions

  1. Stir fry ingredients in large pan
  2. Add prepared instant brown rice & bouillon
