Happy WomanDear Subscriber,
Take 10 for You…
Stepping Out

Let’s face it. We’ve all been told a thousand times or more how important exercise is to our health. But who has time for the "E" word…for exercising 30 to 45 minutes a day or nearly every day? This month, in the first issue of Healthy Women Take 10, let us show you what scientific research says about the amazing health benefits of even short bursts of physical activity, like taking a 10-minute walk. Do you think your schedule is already too crammed to the hilt to possibly add exercise? Take 10. Discover some simple ways you can immediately add more physical activity to what you do already. Plus, find some easy dessert and snack recipes, and, if you or someone close to you has diabetes, get a specialist’s advice on losing weight, and lots more..

Best regards,

The National Women’s Health Resource Center Staff

P.S. And remember, Take 10 for yourself…a walk, a nap, a stretch…
