Organization's Website Mission: The Women's Health Awareness Team, comprised of students of the Fall 2007 Multimedia Production Capstone class of Portland State University in Portland, Oregon, have developed this site in association with Dr. Susan Johnson of the Johnson Center For Pelvic Health in Portland, Oregon as a community project to raise the awareness of gynecological and pelvic health related issues for women. Their mission is to be the first step focal point of resources and information for women to better understand the relationship between technology, surgery, and gynecological pain and bleeding issues.
