The AGLP is a professional organization of psychiatrists, psychiatry residents, and medical students, which serves as a voice for the concerns of lesbian, gay men, and transgendered persons within the psychiatric community. The AGLP provides referrals to psychotherapists who have asked to be listed in the national AGLP directory as gay and lesbian affirmative.
