Pelvic Health Awareness: What's Going on Down There?

Regain Your Freedom: Find out What's Going on Down There

Your freedom is one of the most valuable aspects of your life: The freedom to work, to travel, to love. The freedom to be who you are every minute of every day.

But if you're trapped in the house because of heavy bleeding or stress urinary incontinence, or your sex life is suffering because your pelvic organ prolapse makes sex embarrassing or uncomfortable, or you have such bad cramps during your period that you can barely make it out of bed, then you're losing your freedom.

Regain your freedom and reclaim your life. Learn what's going on "down there," make it a priority to maintain your pelvic health and share your concerns and symptoms with your health care professional. Don't be embarrassed! This is your life we're talking about, right?
