Executive Director
Elizabeth Battaglino Cahill, RN is the current Executive Director for the National Women's Health Resource Center. She is one of the founding partners of the National Women's Health Resource Center an independent, nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women to make informed decisions about their health by providing objective, trustworthy information.
She is responsible for business development, alliance building and increasing awareness about NWHRC's services for the corporate community, professional community, and consumer groups. Ms. Battaglino Cahill also assists in the development of public education programs and outreach initiatives, and manages the organization's consumer information program. Prior to her title as executive director, Ms. Battaglino Cahill served as Director of Marketing and Consumer Affairs for the NWHRC.
Ms. Battaglino Cahill is a practicing Registered Nurse in the field of Maternal & Fetal Medicine. She received her nursing degree from Marymount University in suburban Washington, DC as well holds degrees in Business and Political Science.
Ms. Battaglino Cahill is a member of several professional and community organizations including Healthcare Businesswomen's Association, Junior League of Monmouth County. Ms. Battaglino Cahill has coordinated women's health community outreach programs at the state, local and national levels. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Parker Family Health Care Clinic in Red Bank, NJ serving those who cannot afford healthcare. The Clinic will be used as a national model for communities that need to help low-income residents who are without medical insurance.
