Review the following 'Questions To Ask' about Tai Chi so you're prepared to discuss this important health issue with your health care professional.

  1. What kind of training do you have?

  2. Do you have experience teaching Tai Chi to other women with my condition?

  3. Can I sit in on a couple of classes?

  4. 4. Do you hold everyone in the class to the same standard, or do you make allowances for age, disability, etc.?

  5. After the first class, I felt sore. What did I do wrong?
