Abnormal uterine bleeding: Abnormal uterine bleeding includes menorrhagia (menses too heavy), metrorrhgia (bleeding in between menses) and hypermenorrhea (menses too long). In general, AUB can be described as bleeding enough to interfere with normal activities.
