What were
once thought of as one's declining years can now be some of
the most rewarding years of life—if you stay healthy and
active. And staying healthy and active into your 70s and beyond
is easier now than ever before. The two things you can do
that will have the most impact on your overall health and
quality of life are to eat well and get enough exercise. Even
if you haven't always taken the best care of yourself, it
is not too late to start. You'll be rewarded with golden years
that truly deserve the name.
