4. Local Farm Food Membership; Prices Vary
The healthiest food is that grown closest to you. Give Mom a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) membership and she will receive a delivery of local seasonal farm products each week throughout the farming season (usually June through December). Local farm offerings vary farm to farm but generally include vegetables, fruits, eggs, dairy products and farm-butchered meats. Prices vary.
