Caregiver of the Month: October 2012
Submitted by Carole M.
My husband has been my caregiver, my advocate, my cheerleader, my rock, since I was diagnosed with cancer in November 2010. Through four surgeries, countless scans, chemo, being told I would never walk again, losing the sight in one eye, he has always been with me, getting me the best care and making sure all the medical professionals knew the complete story. Today is our wedding anniversary, and he tells me in every way that he would do it all over again - ALL of it.
www.besidesthecancer.org tells the whole story.
Happy Anniversary, Bob!
