About Nora Saul, M.S, R.D., L.D.N., C.D.E.
Joslin Diabetes Center
Nora Saul is a certified diabetes educator and licensed dietitian at Joslin Diabetes Center in Boston, Massachusetts. She has worked in the field of dietetics for approximately 20 years.
At Joslin Diabetes Center, Ms. Saul collaborates with Joslin physicians and other health care professionals to provide nutrition and diabetes education to adults with diabetes. In addition, she serves as a case manager in blood glucose management for participants in Joslin's DO IT (Diabetes Outpatient Intensive Treatment) Program. Previously, she managed the clinical and patient food service divisions at New England Baptist Hospital and served as Managing Editor of Nutrition Today.
Ms. Saul has lectured throughout the state of Massachusetts as well as nationally and has published professionally.

Jo-Anne M. Rizzotto, a Registered dietitian and Licensed dietitian/Nutritionist.
Collaborating with health care professionals, Jo-Anne provides nutrition and diabetes education to adults with type 1 or type 2 diabetes, as well as pregnant women with pre-existing diabetes or gestational diabetes. She is also a certified insulin pump trainer and serves as a case manager in blood glucose management.
Jo-Anne has lectured across Massachusetts as well as nationally, and has written for both health professionals and patients.
