Dr. Levine is a Board Certified Infectious Disease specialist with a primary interest in Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) and Fibromyalgia (FM.) She has participated on the Physicians' Surveillance Committee for CFS of the U.S. Centers' for Disease Control and currently serves on the Name Change Committee reporting to the Surgeon General.
Dr. Levine was a contributing author to the New Jersey Physician's Manual sponsored by the New Jersey Department of Health detailing an approach to Chronic Fatigue Syndrome patients. She also has clinical and research interests in the association of hormone dysregulation, in particular Growth Hormone, and por-inflammatory cytokines in the immune system.
