Dr. Batzer is a Clinical Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Thomas Jefferson Medical College, Thomas Jefferson University, and physician at the Center for Reproductive Medicine, Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and the Women's Institute for Fertility, Endocrinology and Menopause. She is the Director of Clinton Endocrine Laboratory.
Dr. Batzer attended the Medical College of Pennsylvania and completed her residency at Abington Memorial Hospital, and Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. She completed a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Pennsylvania Hospital.
She is board certified in both Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. With over 25 years experience in the field, Dr. Batzer is widely recognized for her participation and positions in many related professional organizations. Special interests include infertility, ultrasound, oocyte donation, assisted reproduction, hormonal management of the perimenopause and menopause, periods, and bioethics. She is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Bioethics at the University of Pennsylvania.
She has published and co-written numerous articles and abstracts, contributed to several medical textbooks, and lectured nationally and internationally on a variety of infertility and menopause issues.
