Christine Martin

Christine Martin is a Managing Director with TCW (formerly Trust Company of the West), a leading institutional asset manager. TCW manages approximately $160 billion in assets for a diverse group of clients including corporations, public funds, endowments, foundations, family offices and private individuals. As a senior sales and client service professional, Ms. Martin's experience includes: marketing a wide range of investment strategies; working with investment officers and boards of directors to match investment objectives with appropriate investment solutions; developing customized investment strategies drawing on traditional and alternative investment portfolios; and managing client relationships.

As an active volunteer, Ms. Martin has extensive experience with non-profit organizations in the fields of education, the arts and social services. Her non-profit experience has centered principally on planning and financial issues including: developing and implementing strategic plans; conducing membership campaigns; budgeting and financial reporting; developing investment policies; implementing investment programs, manager selection and monitoring; and developing endowment spending guidelines.

Prior to joining TCW in 1999, Ms. Martin worked for Potomac Asset Management Company and Smith Capital Management. She also worked for Kissinger Associates (New York) and KPMG (Miami). She is a member of the National Gallery Circle, a friend of the Philips Collection, a member of the Alliance Francaise and serves as treasurer of the Garrison (New York) Art Center.
